Dear guests, please find below the Terms and conditions established.
- We reserve a duration of 2 hour 30 minutes for your reservation. Should you wish to stay for longer please call us on +34 971 198 102.
- Kindly note that for reservations of 6+ guests, we require a deposit of 20€ per guest. The amount deposited will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the reservation. In the case of a no-show or a failure to cancel your table 24h prior, the amount will not be refunded.
- Table seating might differ depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate all our guests at the requested time, but we cannot guarantee immediate seating.
- If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. In any event, you need to let us know if you are running late as we cannot guarantee your table after 15 minutes from the time of booking.
- If you are 15 minutes late for your reservation, your booking will be considered to be a no-show.
- All seating requests will be taken into consideration, but we cannot guarantee any particular table.
